As personal trainers and nutrition coaches, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with aging, particularly for those of us over 40.
Our role goes far beyond simply instructing clients on fitness routines and nutrition plans. We firmly believe in leading by example, which is why we consistently practice what we preach.
This Is Our Story
Melissa and I have been married for seven years, are blessed with two beautiful grandsons, and have three rescue-pups. We both have a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
Our fitness journey together began in 2015. We had been working out together for a while, when Melissa decided she wanted to step out of her comfort zone, and do something challenging for her 40th birthday!
Well, I talked her into letting me train her for and ultimately competing in her first bodybuilding competition! The rest is history!

Just as we do as a couple, and now as your coaches, we will try and give you the support and accountability needed to help you work towards your goals and keep you on track in the process.​
We Walk The Walk
At 49 and 51 years old, Melissa and I consistently weight train 4-5 times a week, follow a balanced, protein-rich diet, and maintain a lifestyle that supports long-term health and fitness goals.
We believe in leading by example, proving that age is no barrier to achieving and sustaining a high level of fitness. By living the principles we teach, we demonstrate what’s possible with dedication and consistency.

We know the effort it takes to stay consistent, the importance of setting realistic goals, and the patience required when progress feels slow. These experiences shape our ability to provide practical, tested solutions—not just theory.
